Professor Dinah Sore needs your help! Someone at the Natural History Museum has mixed up all of the signs for the dinosaurs. The Ty Rex was not a vegetarian! This happened at the worst time, because Professor Dinah Sore must give a presentation to some very special and important people who want to give money to the Dinosaur Department of the museum. There is no way that Prof. Sore can create a presentation and get all of the signs in the right place. Can you help?
If we break up the jobs, there might be just enough time to get all of the work done! Prof. Sore will stay at the museum and fix the signs. You can use your research and computer skills to look up information on dinosaurs and complete a book that will wow the very important people! How about it? Are you up for the challenge?
1. The first thing to do is pick a dinosaur and research information about your dinosaur. Use this website to choose a dinosaur and find facts about it. http://www.enchantedlearning.com/subjects/dinosaurs/
2. Next, complete the "My Dinosaur" Kidspiration web that is on the Kirby Share Drive. When you have filled out all of the information, save and print your web.
3. Finally, complete the "My Dinosaur Page" in Publisher by entering the dinosaur facts in complete sentences. Don't forget to add a picture of your dinosaur! You need to check your spelling, save and print your page.
4. We will use your printed pages to make a class book for Prof. Sore's presentation.
